Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, public relations, marketing, or a related field and must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must show a portfolio that exemplifies marketing competence and creativity
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate task progress and outputs
- Must be able to both conceptualize and execute a copy, and manage designs accurately and in a timely manner
- Must have a working knowledge of interactive design offline and online.
- Should have a basic understanding of the world of Marketing, including social media and the latest in internet technology and trends.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Strategies
- Develops marketing activities for lead generation (including but not limited to webinars, school visits, career fairs, etc.)
- Develop the schools’ offline channels (traditional and OOH media) into assets that will allow for a wider and more effective reach of our market
- Discovers budding platforms for which our audiences frequent.
- Leads conversion efforts (including but not limited to telemarketing campaigns, mobile enrollment, and other promotional activities) that will get more students to enroll.
- Research trends in consumer behavior, technologies, and design to create visual content that taps into current trends and conversations.
Operations and Miscellaneous
- Assists the Marketing & Sales Supervisor in the development and implementation of department processes and protocols
- Perform other related duties as required.
