Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high net worth clients. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing relationships and driving revenue growth. This position will be taken out in Malang Base.

Requirements:

Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Financial, Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales field

Ability to understand Trading recommendation based on technical/fundamental analysis is a must.

Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, modities).

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Personal experience as a Trader is an advantage.

Good communication skills and Basic English is required.

Malang/Surabaya/East Java based is a plus.
