Sales Development Representative
- Full-Time | 40 Hours per week
- Rate: 60,000 PHP with HMO on the first day of engagement
- Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time
Objective:
The primary role of the Sales Development Representative is to spearhead the growth initiatives, market penetration, and revenue enhancement for a leading international elevator solutions brand. This involves strategic planning, team leadership, effective negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the company's expansion in its operational territories across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements:
First 2 Weeks:
- Orientation and understanding of the company's products, services, technological integration, and operational framework.
- Initial meetings with the sales and marketing teams to understand current strategies, challenges, and market positioning.
- Familiarization with the CRM database, sales records, and existing client portfolios.
First Month:
- Begin outbound calling to the list of leads.
- Make an average of 70-80 calls per day, adhering to the provided script with the aim to set appointments.
- Achieve a target of setting at least 10 appointments by the end of the first month.
- Update accounts on CRM and reports generation
- Update account information of leads based on what is being provided.
- Track deal flow and generate Sales report for management review
- Refine calling strategies based on initial feedback and results.
- Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss challenges and strategies for improvement.
First 90 Days:
- Increase the number of successfully set appointments.
- Aim to set 20 appointments per month by optimizing call strategies and improving engagement techniques.
- Contribute to the refinement of the calling script and processes.
- Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest modifications based on experiences.
- Focus on generating and nurturing leads, ensuring they are adequately warmed up for high-level discussions with the CEO. This involves scheduling meetings, preparing comprehensive briefs on potential clients, and coordinating seamlessly with the CEO’s office to facilitate these discussions
In 180 Days:
- Utilize insights and relationships built during the first 90 days to effectively address client needs, offer customized solutions, and negotiate favorable terms that align with strategic business goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations for the entire business development team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and operational standards.
- Introduce innovative sales and marketing tactics based on industry trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and implement an initial training program for new hires, emphasizing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
In a Year’s Time:
- Demonstrate significant contribution to the company's market reach and revenue growth, with a solid portfolio of new clients and successful projects.
- Lead the business development team to exceed the annual sales targets and set higher benchmarks for the following year.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the team, aligning with the company's commitment to quality and excellence.
