You must be:

Elevate Teams is a US recruitment company that helps independent insurance agencies across the US to grow their teams by providing them with our pre-trained insurance assistant teammates. We support their back-office operations so they can better serve their customers and ultimately grow their agencies.
We provide our teammates (bilingual professionals in South America) with long-term, work-from-home placements with our clients as remote insurance assistants. Our HR department provides paid training to new teammates to prepare them for their new careers in insurance.
About The Job:
We're on the hunt for an SDR/Cold Caller with a flair for creating opportunities and building rapport with potential clients. Your primary role will involve:
- Engaging with both new and existing prospect lists across various platforms and events, such as conferences and webinars.
- Diligently updating our CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead data, ensuring the integrity of lead information.
- Crafting and refining outreach communications to effectively connect with and engage prospects.
- Proactively following up with leads, providing them with the necessary materials and information to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of lead information within the CRM, correcting and updating data as needed.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts and drive engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Native level/C2 English speaking skills are essential to engage with prospects and team members effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a stable internet connection with at least 10MBPS download & 2MBPS upload speed, and a laptop/desktop with 12GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space. A good quality microphone/audio setup is also required to ensure clear communication.Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and a strong understanding of sales pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, ideally with experience in a startup environment.
