SALES REPRESENTATIVE (2 person)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, both through cold outreach and by cultivating existing leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
• Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions, addressing their unique requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets and share market insights.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
• Indonesian nationality with a deep understanding of the local business culture and practices.
• Domicile in Bali
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Have a strong networking in Bar, Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe and Commercial market also for alcohol beverage.
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales.
• Proven track record dealing with distributors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
