Requirements ;
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Preferably specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
- Proven 3 years of experience as Sales Trainer or similar role in FMCG Company
- Ability to design effective sales training programs
- Great Interpersonal
- Willing to mobile to conduct the training program
Jobdesk :
1. Conduct Regular Training : SOP, Soft Skill, Product Knowledge and Retail Development
2. Supporting Project Leader in order to give training recommendation related to findings from Client, Mistery Shopper, Performance Result to Ops team for improvement
3. Create assessment schedule and assessment questions in reguler base
4. Review the Ops Performance base on assessment
5. Recommend improvement plan
6. Along with Operational team execute the internal mistery shoper by reguler base on fields
7. Provide training report and analysis to Project Leader and coordinate with reated parties for training implementation plan
