Secretary (Surabaya)

We are looking for those who interest in the Secretary and Administration field:

What you will do :

• Manage activities related to the corporate secretary (daily/weekly/monthly) including schedulling and making sure the schedule is on track
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence of letters, minues of meeting and forms
• Building Management of Development of Innovation Center Office 
• Providing administratice support and other needs

We are looking for you who :

• Minimum of 1-year experience in Secretary or Administration position
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems 
• Knowlegeable on how to handle VIP Guest and Directorate Level
