Responsibilities
- Actively search to find “potential customers”
- Improve service to customers
- Monitor customer conditions to anticipate business and quickly detect customers who show signs of declining quality through a periodic review mechanism so that steps can be taken immediately to overcome them.
- Increase assets and profits by increasing the amount of third party funds and the amount of credit provided and consistently implementing the Credit & Marketing program that has been designed, including Solicitation Plan, Account Monitoring Management System, Call Program, Profitability for each customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with any background
- At least 4 years working experiences as Account Officer (Lending) in banking / fintech industry
- Have a knowledge of credit analysis, financial analysis and making credit proposals.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Being able to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
