Senior Accounting Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shipping/export-import company. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English is required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Allocate payments, cash advances, and bukti potong to corresponding invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Analyse journal records, perform account reconciliations, and assist in monthly close processes.
3. Maintain daily financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
4. Manage daily and monthly financial bank statements.
5. Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
6. Perform tax calculations, process tax payments, and prepare tax reports (PPN & PPH).
7. Prepare and input data for e-Faktur and e-Bupot submissions.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting (MUST).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field; experience in shipping/export-import companies is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
