Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst to join our dynamicteam. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sr.
Manager of Sales Strategy, contributing to the optimizing of sales activities through CRM and system management, field sales support, and playbook development.
Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and communication will be essential in driving sales success and maximizing business development effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
In supporting the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy the Sr. Analyst will focus on :
CRM & Systems Management
Own the Salesforce tool / platform and all relevant requests andreporting
Develop CRM & Systems tools and enhancements to streamline business needs
Monitor & maintain dashboards across relevant systems
Own various flows / data mapping between Salesforce and relevant systems
Manage data unification process between broker network and CRM / Systems
Field Sales & Objective Management
Analyze information to create calculated lead lists for key product categories
Manage and route leads between Broadline / Regional Distribution and Brokers
Analytics and communication of broker objectives
Playbook & Marketing Support
Create, maintain, and launch internal and field sales Playbooks
Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, sales, and supply to determine quarterly priorities
Create content for Quarterly Customer Newsletter
Manage field partner SharePoint site
Ad Hoc
This role is primarily project based and continues to evolve
Qualifications
2-3 years’ experience preferred
Working knowledge of SalesforceDC strongly preferred
Strong excel skills required
Self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization
Ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
Sales operations or support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
