In your role, you are responsible for driving the implementation of IE standards and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), and Material (M) Efficiencies.
Drive the Standard Production Management system implementation and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment / Site.
Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at the BE segment / site, including the execution of current year-defined measures and secure mid / long-term productivity pipelines.In your new role you will :
- Develops, designs, and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities
- Ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
- Evaluate worker productivity and recommend improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control / reductions
- Develops metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks
- Establishes accident prevention measures, and plans and schedules training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation
- Ensures year-to-year productivity gain : scouts, fosters, and controls implementation of productivity projects at the manufacturing sites, Lead Automation and Operating Team at Sites for development and Implementation of Standardized Automation Soft- and Hardware, and Implementation of Optimized Working Procedures for Non-automated Areas.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good proficiency in English, and communication skills.
