Senior Engineer, Packaging Engineering (Advanced 3D Nand)

Job Description

• Semiconductor process tooling design (ejector, stencil, Flip chip cover, Jig.)
• Substrate strip outline design
• Co-work with vendor and internal teams for tooling's manufacturability and qualification
• Mechanical modeling and simulation for tooling design to reduce process stress on chip

Qualifications

• Master and above with 3-5 years working experience. (Working experience is not hard requiredfor excellent candidates)
• Education background in mechanical/mechanics/material science, etc.
• Should be familiar with semiconductor industry's assembly process flow, tooling and materials.
• On-hand experience in design tool like AutoCAD, Solidworks.
• Good team player, eager to learn and innovate.
