Job Responsibilities :
- Senior live streaming host position recruitment: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management, deeply understanding the business, grasping recruitment needs, and building an excellent talent echelon for the rapidly growing team;
- Channel expansion and maintenance: Establish your own channel usage path, be able to search for candidates through multi-dimensional channels, and establish continuous contact to form a good talent referral mechanism;
- Industry Insight: Able to do industry talent mapping, have a keen sense of talent market trends, provide information input to the business, and provide reference for business employment;
- Employee entry, exit, and change management: handle the entry and exit procedures for new employees, and handle the procedures related to employee promotion, demotion, horizontal transfer, secondment, waiting for work and other job changes;
- Develop training plans, organize employee learning and training; assist business managers in team management, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide Human Resources solutions for business teams, including motivation, talent inventory, employee relations, and key position recruitment and other Human Resources work;
- Provide organizational diagnosis for business departments, provide professional suggestions for the realization of business department goals, and participate in implementation;
- Assist GA in processing:
- Organize various employee activities and do a good job in employee welfare (distribution of prizes and holiday gifts);
- Assist superiors to complete company administrative affairs and daily internal affairs of the department.
Job Requirements :
- Applicants with more than 3 years of experience in Human Resources work in the recruitment industry or rich talent host live streamer resources, in the e-commerce industry and live broadcasting will be given priority;
- Understand the current situation of the talent market in the MCN live broadcast industry, be familiar with various recruitment channels, be familiar with the recruitment process, be proficient in using various recruitment tools and methods, and be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations; more than 1 year of experience in MCN Human Resources recruitment;
- Fluent in English and able to communicate and write without any barriers
- Have high work enthusiasm and ability to withstand pressure
- Those with management experience are preferred, those who have worked in Chinese companies are preferred
- Willing place in Bandung
