Senior It Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description :

• Plan and design the implementation of hardware, software, network, and VoIP capabilities.
• Develop operating, installation, and upgrade / patching procedures for communication systems, hardware, networks, security, storage, and software.
• Build push-button deployment systems by automating the continuous end-to-end development to the deployment process.
• Responsible for supporting and configuring technical problems related to network infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, network, and VoIP problems.
• Document current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems, video conferencing, and VoIP
• Perform Help Desk and desktop support activities as needed
• Research, analyze, and contribute to the development of documentation and new processes and procedures collaboratively.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, system information, computer science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Network / Engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in network administration (TCP / IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, BGP, Load Balancing, NAT, and routing).
• Experience in configuring software-based (IPsec & SSL) VPN solutions such as Mikrotik & Fortigate.
• Experience in IT Operating Security products such as Firewalls, SIEM, Identity management, and data loss prevention.
• Experience in configuring and tuning Access Points.
• Expertise in routing and switching, as well as Firewall operation (e.g., Aruba router / switches, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.).
• Working knowledge of automation tools & networks (e.g., Ansible, FreeRadius, Zabbix, etc.).
• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMware, Kubernetes, or equivalent.
• Strong administration skills in the Linux, Windows, and Mac operating system platforms.
• Proficient in automation script programming such as Bash / Shell Scripting, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
