Job Description :
• Develop and implement systems and procedures for business development and corporate technical planning.
• Lead and represent management in conveying instructions and information to lower levels
• Manage the company's daily operations, plan, implement, coordinate, supervise, and analyze all operational activities including sales and finance.
• Planning, and compiling annual work plans and budgets.
• Decide and make policies and procedures in the company.
• Maintain good relations with principals and existing vendors who have worked together.
• Contributing to sales by providing direction to sales and relationships with the sales team.
• Responsible for managing, providing directions and schedules for the installation team in the field and providing suggestions and new insights so that the installation schedule is more systematic
Requirements :
• Maximum age of 40 years
• Minimum S1 education in all majors
• Having experience in selling aluminum window and glass products is highly preferred.
• Having experience in building materials and the manufacturing industry
• Able to work independently or with a team and have a leadership spirit.
• Have the ability to solve problems and be able to work under pressure.
• Have experience in matters of legal standing and problem-solving
• Multitasking
