- Making time schedule or timeline plan for every variation orders, for new projects or for on going projects which still no have time schedule
- Comparing prices for every offers/quotation from Contractors or Vendors
- Together with team, doing cost control between estimation vs reality onsite
- Make BOQ and specification with under team control
- Able to join immediately
