Job Description
- Identify client's needs
- Oversee and guide junior consultants in developing solution recommendations, ensuring they meet client needs and are strategically sound
- Present the solution recommendation proposal to the client
- Managing project's budget to achieve target margin
- Making sure the achievement of the target for projects and individual
- Making sure all working process are according to the system, standard, and procedure
- Monitoring development and contribution in reporting
- Making sure the invoice documents are complete and handing it over to the finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
- Proven 5 - 10 years of working experience in recruitment field, preferably in consulting firm
- Has experience as Recruitment Consultant (headhunting or executive search)
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level within the company and externally.
- Fluent in English
