Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and support Sales team (Account Managers/BD) throughout the sales process to ensure business objectives are metConstruct technical proposals regarding Cloud Computing technologies and IT infrastructure using the company's product portfolio as a solution for customer's business needsPropose accurate and relevant solutions to clients - support the company's product adoptionCreate technical content - assisting customers to solve technical issuesPerform POC (Proof of Concept) for evaluation regarding testing and solutionProvide technical consultancy to internal and external stakeholdersWork with Post-sales team to ensure delivery and implementation is carried out as plannedCater towards digital native and internet companies - build relationships with startups and VCs as wellStrengthen relationships with new and existing clients to gather leads and provide updates on updated IT solution trends in the market The Successful Applicant Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant fieldsAt least 5 years of working experience in Presales and Solutions Architect roles for complex IT infrastructure solutions (cloud-based and microservices included)Hands-on experience handling public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, etc.)Candidates with Cloud Certifications are highly preferredPossess understanding in Machine and Deep Learning concepts, as well as knowledge in development languages (Ruby, Python, etc.)Familiar with open source developer ecosystem and frameworksGreat communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - both verbal and writtenExperience handling customers within the Developers/Startup scene will be a plus What's on Offer
