Responsibilities
• Develop business strategies to increase customers, sales, and profits• Lead, motivate, train, guide, and supervise store staff effectively• Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction• Manage work schedules, permits, and other tasks for store staff• Maintain store cleanliness, condition, and ambience• Oversee store administration and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures• Analyze and report purchasing trends and customer needs• Handle issues arising from staff or customers, including complaints and criticism• Assess staff performance and determine the need for training or contract extension• Design store layout and display as attractive as possible
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a store manager• Ability to lead and manage store staff• Skills in customer management, including understanding and meeting customer needs• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers• Preferred educational background in management, economics, accounting, or communication• Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships• Flexible schedule availability• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this position• Applicants must have a national ID (KTP)
