Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, including subcontractor tasks, material deliveries, and equipment usage, to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, safety records, and budget updates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, including direct supervision of field staff, subcontractors, and laborers, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts, disputes, and other issues that may arise during the construction process, utilizing problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve project performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
