We are currently seeking a SMB Sales Manager – Fire – ASEAN to join our team in any of our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office or Bangkok, Thailand or Singapore or Vietnam or Indonesia office.
The SMB Sales Manager – Fire – ASEAN will be reporting to the Fire Sales Director and will be instrumental in deployment of growth strategy for SMB Fire Business across ASEAN. Working with team of Sales Managers in countries across ASEAN he/she will drive Channel management & expansion, System Integrator/Contractor engagement, Pipeline expansion, orders & revenue growth and increase brand visibility for Morley & System Sensor via marketing and commercial excellence activities. It is important to develop and maintain a professional customer relationship and always promote the objectives and ethos of the company by providing high quality professional and on time customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop & deploy strategic plan to grow SMB Fire in ASEAN in a profitable and sustainable manner.
· Drive and execute a SMB territory plan that includes Channel, Tier 2, System Integrator/Contractor, Consultants & Key accounts.
· Program to drive sell-in & sell-out.
· Regular face to face meetings with top customer across region and driving activities aligned to individual business plan.
· Prepare and agree annual sales plans with each Channel partner in conjunction with Country Sales Manager and regular review meetings to discuss performance and steps to meet goals
· Educate client base through regular sales and estimation training and co-ordinate technical training where required
· Monitoring prices and use tools for value pricing.
· Identify and appoint new SMB Channel partners.
· Identifying and developing new business opportunities, product / service offerings through new platforms and innovative business models.
· Collaborate with different team and ensure annual operating plan is met or exceed the plan.
