Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop high-quality, original content related to the property market, including blog posts, articles, Social Media posts, and video content.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant topics.
- Manage and grow our Social Media platforms by creating visually appealing and shareable content.
- Implement Social Media strategies to increase engagement and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and image across all content channels.
- Develop creative and effective ways to promote our properties and services through various content mediums.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, questions, and feedback on various platforms.
- Foster a sense of community by creating interactive content and engaging with our audience.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align content creation with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with industry influencers and professionals to enhance content quality and reach.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or minimally a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, bonus if you have covered content relating to the real estate industry.
- Familiar with Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and bonus X (formerly Twitter), Threads, Xiaohongshu
- Strong portfolio showcasing written and visual content creation skills.
- Excellent understanding of Social Media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
