Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and engaging content for Social Media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
Produce high-quality visuals, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Create monthly marketing plans and strategies for Social Media activations to achieve set objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Conduct research and analysis to identify current trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and campaign planning.
Monitor Social Media channels and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and followers to enhance brand loyalty and increase organic reach.
Execute marketing campaigns and promotions across Social Media platforms, including but not limited to contests, giveaways, and sponsored posts.
Utilize Social Media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Create and edit short-form videos, including reels, TikTok videos, and other engaging video content to drive audience engagement and interaction.
Stay updated on emerging video trends and platform features to incorporate into content strategy.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including but not limited to product launches, pop-up shops, and promotional activations.
Leverage Social Media platforms to promote events, drive attendance, and generate buzz before, during, and after the event.
Requirements:
Proven min. 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with a focus on content creation and strategy.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Familiarity with event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
Experience in creating reels, TikTok videos, and short-form video content is highly desirable.
