Digital Marketing / Social Media Officer

We are hiring Digital Marketing / Social Media Officer

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or related field is preferred

* At least two years experience in Digital Marketing or related field

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English

* Understand Digital Marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, email marketing, online and offline display advertising, etc)

* Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools

* Proficient in all microsoft office applications, video editting and marketing software

* Skilled in marketing automation tools to cut down time in doing repetitive marketing campaign (example: email marketing etc)

* Able to work under pressure and target oriented

Job Descriptions:

* Create and plan marketing strategies that align with company’s goals and image

* Research and identify market audience, market trends, and choose the most effective Digital Marketing platform and strategy to reach the target customer

* Managing CMS (Content Management System)

* Optimising SEO & SEM includes keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes

* Create engaging and compelling content for various audiences consistent with brand guidelines, includes creating blogpost/copy writing, creating and editting videos and photos, work with graphic designer to design graphics and managing all Social Media platforms

* Plan and manage a regular schedule of Social Media activities on a monthly basis, developing a customer base and creating engaging and relevant content including testing to optimise results

* Plan and coordinate scheduled activities on Social Media and other platforms to expand our Social Media audience base and boost brand presence

* Create Email/WhatsApp/Telegram/etc marketing campaign to maintain customer relationship

* Coordinate pay-per-click advertising, online advertising

* Managing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), identify and improve the effectiveness of all marketing approach to increase higher customer convertion

* Implement brand guidelines and enhance brand’s online reputation and image

* Work with Operational Manager on monitoring online respond, comment, review and engage with customer accordingly

* Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics, Social Media insights, email campaign metrics and others to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing strategies and make informed decision for future campaigns

* Stay up to date on the latest information and informed about all aspects of the company's work, including Social Media trends and marketing campaigns

* Keep up to date with the latest emerging Social Media trends and technology

* Carry out other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.

* Responsible for reporting work to the Marketing Manager
