Social Media Video Producer & Editor

We are on the lookout for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team, focusing on enhancing our Social Media presence through compelling and high-performing video content, with a particular emphasis on Instagram reels that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Videography: Produce high-quality, engaging video content tailored for Instagram and other Social Media platforms. This includes assisting with shooting video content alongside team members, requiring some videography skills.
• Collaboration and Trend Research: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, develop, and execute compelling video ideas. Part of your role is to continuously research the latest trends, trending audios, and innovative content ideas on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, ensuring our content is fresh, relevant, and engages our audience effectively.
• Video Editing: Edit video content to create polished, captivating final products. This includes trimming, cutting, adding transitions, music, sound effects, color correction, and text overlays, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand’s voice and engagement goals.
• Content Optimization: Tailor content for different Social Media platforms, focusing on the specific audience and format of each channel. Your efforts will directly influence engagement metrics and growth potential.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple video projects from start to finish. This includes prioritizing tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring a balance between creativity, production, and strategic content deployment without compromising quality or engagement potential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Social Media content creation, especially Instagram reels, with at least 1 year of videography and editing background.
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools and a keen understanding of Social Media trends. Familiarity with Instagram and Capcut preferred.
• Good communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team and independently, with a clear focus on creating content that drives performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bali.
