What You Will Do
- Discover growth opportunities by proactively exploring the product’s funnel conversion rates for different segments of users
- Manage and prioritize experiment ideas based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort (RICE) scores.
- Work with BI & marketing team members to implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate tests that provide in-depth insights into the product team and an understanding of what core value for product is
- Maintain timelines to iterate and build new features based on experiment results
- Performing retroactive analysis of new features to evaluate their impact on GoPay's North Star Metrics
- Proactively review the experiment process with product analysts, engineering, marketing, research, and design and act on how to drive faster experimentation process
- Present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis
- Actively manage & optimize the incentive budget for user acquisition, engagement & retention
What You Will Need
- BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- At least 5 years of working experience in Management consulting, Multinational tech, Internet & Software, Telecom or Retail Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, and familiar with the tools (e.g. Trello, Favro, Jira)
- A creative design-thinking, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau, etc)
- Strong team player and business acumen; possessing team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams

Our GoPay team consists of 100+ zealous folks from various disciplines spread out across Indonesia, Singapore and India. As Nasi Goreng is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. We run and oversee one of Southeast Asia's largest e-money wallet platforms and Indonesia's leading digital payments provider. Starting as just an e-money wallet for Gojek, we have since helped simplify payments for over 750,000 merchant partners, over 1,000,000 driver partners, and millions of customers - from the bike drivers down the street to your favorite Gorengan and Martabak stalls.
But, the growth of Payments does not stop here. We are hungry for more. We intend to become the largest payment and financial services group in Southeast Asia. We are working on several projects now, including one about direct interaction with the merchants of a variety of businesses and their customers.While it’s our job to ensure these numbers grow, more importantly, to also ensure anyone utilizing our platform is given the most seamless payment experience possible. By collaborating diligently with our users to understand the daily obstacles they face in the payment arena, then crafting our products and services to aid these issues.
The Growth Ops team is a new subsidiary of the larger GoPay team being built that manages customer engagement and retention across lifecycles and generates incremental impact from each interaction.
