Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize key markets, customers, and growth opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and foster a culture of excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales processes, customer experience, and product offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the ornamental fish industry, pet supplies, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
