Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, customers, and growth opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and foster a culture of excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales processes, customer experience, and product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the ornamental fish industry, pet supplies, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
