Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Curug. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR policies, procedures, and programs, and will also manage recruiting, employee relations, and compliance matters. The Human Resources Administrator will also work closely with other departments to ensure the company's HR goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Payroll systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
