Responsibilities:
- Cleaning plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils manually or using a dishwasher.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of clean utensils.
- Properly dispose and recycle kitchen waste.
- Manage organic and non-organic waste according to restaurant policy.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Cleaning floors, tables, and other equipment.
- Provide assistance to the chef or chefs in simple ingredient preparation when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient work flow.
- Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment regularly.
- Conduct regular checks and report equipment issues to management.
- Use cleaning agents and detergents safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Understand the use of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Receive and store cleaning supplies and other kitchen ingredients.
- Monitor stock and notify management of replacement needs.
- Ensure that work areas are free from hazards or potential accidents.
- Use equipment and personal protective equipment properly.
- Maintain good communication with chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Ready to assist in additional tasks that may be assigned by the chef or management.
Requirements :
- Have experience in the position applied for
- Fluent in English communication
- Have a good grooming & Attitude
- Hard working and ready to be deployed in Canggu area
