Role Overview:
STORE MANAGER is a SUPERVISOR who leads ASM and ACM and oversees retail and F&B overall business. It also manages SHOPKEEPER and staff under Retail ASM and establishes and carries out an overall strategy for sales as well as events, promotions, marketing, and, above all, important inventory supply and demand and management. It also manages baristas and staff under F&B ACM while strategy and performing tasks such as R&D, sales, and marketing. The primary boss reports to the MARKETING MANAGER (OPERATIVE MANAGER in absence), and the secondary boss conducts weekly and monthly daily tasks and risks to the GENERAL MANAGER.
The consultation department is in charge of HQ's business operation headquarters in Korea, and there are events/promotions within Indonesian corporations, designers, finance/accounting, MD development, MD import/export, and HR, so organic consultation is required.
Store Manager responsibilities include developing skills as a shopkeeper, and monitoring inventory and merchandise. Also, research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategies through event promotion, and customer and sales analysis through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Weekly and monthly sample inventory surveys are conducted with the MD import and export team, and current inventory items are identified through quarterly and semi-annual real inventory surveys, and tasks such as holding inventory appropriately and ordering are carried out.
- Establish a sales marketing strategy in consultation with the event promotion representative and achieve sales synergy through customer analysis.
- In particular, while consulting with the headquarters in Korea, establish efficient operation and sales strategies so that the Korean strategy can be settled in Indonesia.
- Make every effort to manage employees with ASM and ACM. (commuting, mentoring, feedback, etc.)
- Make every effort to provide customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, stock opname reports, and inventory reports.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Create reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc., and analyze and interpret retail data.
- Support business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Coordinate with headquarters in Korea regarding merchandising.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share, including promotion strategy, merch, and menu creation.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven successful experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
