Job Descriptions
- Sales Services – Manage store sales and marketing strategies. Report daily sales. Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and work with area leaders to create new, cost-effective strategies.
- Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise. Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Supervise – Lead the staff with effective communication. Organize special store functions and events. Manage staff weekly schedules.
Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 Degree
- Excellent planning, organizing, analyzing & evaluating, actuating, controlling skills
- 3+ years of working experience as Store Manager in Optic Industries
- Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets
