Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) any major, but S1 (Bachelor Degree) of economic management will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Supervisor in the Jewelry Retail industry
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, strong leadership skill, and good communication skill
- Able to implement POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling)
- Highly motivated, can work under pressure, able to work as an individual and in a team
- Ability to lead and manage a team of employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Oriented result and good attention to detail
- Willing to work in flexible working hours and shifting schedule including weekend, and public holidays (6 days work and 1 day off)
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Target oriented, services excellent, hard worker
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software/POS
- Will be place in Bali and willing to handle shops in several places
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all store operations and allocating responsibilities for personnel in the area
- Manage Stores sales growth and minimum stock levels
- Dealing with complaints from customers to maintain Stores reputation
- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display
- Keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Make a sales analysis and revenue reports
- Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, sales and profits.
- Effectively lead, motivate, train, guide and supervise store staff.
- Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction
- Manage work schedules, permits, and other tasks for store staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness, condition and atmosphere of the shop so that customers feel comfortable.
- Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Analyze and report purchasing trends and customer needs.
- Handle problems arising from staff or customers, including complaints and criticism.
- Conduct staff performance assessments.
- .Design the layout and appearance of the shop as attractive as possible
- Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing relations with potential and actual customers

- Sales associate

- Product Availability
- Visual merchandising
- Store ambiances

- Standard operating procedure
- Analyze sales, inventory and monitor expenses
- To take an immediate decision regarding operation matter based on standard procedure
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on works results
- Optimize available resources to achieve maximum sales performance and excellent customer services
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
