Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our client. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically position company's products and services to meet client requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for Key Accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales forecasts to the management team.
