Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our client. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically position company's products and services to meet client requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Key Accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales forecasts to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the fragrance and flavor industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
