Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Licensure: SKA Madya is a must.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, experience with Revit is a plus.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
