Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field in the Food Industry.
- Understanding of food safety management systems, halal product assurance systems, and GMP.
- Understanding of food powder, liquid, and jelly processes.
- Understanding and ability to implement food product stability.
- Understanding and ability to implement new product development.
- Proficient in English.
- Preferably based in Tangerang.
Job Description:
- Develop and formulate food products.
- Create schedules for lab-scale and production-scale trials.
- Prepare SMKP and Halal documents.
- Create production documents.
- Develop packaging for implementation in production.
- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Prepare monthly activity reports and evaluate subordinate staff.
