Supervisor R&D Food

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the same field in the Food Industry.
3. Understanding of food safety management systems, halal product assurance systems, and GMP.
4. Understanding of food powder, liquid, and jelly processes.
5. Understanding and ability to implement food product stability.
6. Understanding and ability to implement new product development.
7. Proficient in English.
8. Preferably based in Tangerang.

Job Description:

1. Develop and formulate food products.
2. Create schedules for lab-scale and production-scale trials.
3. Prepare SMKP and Halal documents.
4. Create production documents.
5. Develop packaging for implementation in production.
6. Supervise subordinate staff.
7. Prepare monthly activity reports and evaluate subordinate staff.
