Job summary
Responsible for managing and handling end to end recruitment processCreate attractive job advertisements to find the right candidatesContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment process• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs• Create attractive job advertisements• Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships• Work closely with other HR function regarding the recruitment process• Create and propose salary packages• Manage recruitment tracking and reporting• Handle recruitment administration• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes• Utilize the system for accurate and timely report submission
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology major from a reputable university• 3-5 years experience as a recruiter for middle to above positions• Exposure and understanding of logistics and startup industry preferred• Proven track record of closing positions in a fast-paced environment• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills• Experience working with SLA• Fluent in English
