Join us. About the Team The e-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-Commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as we drive the future of e-Commerce here at TikTok.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Sourcing, targeting, and building pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
- Supporting new project (s), and/or optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieving a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Supporting HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields. - Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications - Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
