Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition strategies and efforts to attract and hire top talent. If you're a last-year student or fresh graduate with an eager mindset, thrive on making meaningful connections, and are ready to make an impact alongside a collaborative team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Talent Acquisition strategies
- Assist with the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
- Engage potential candidates via social media, job boards, and other digital platforms
- Help organize job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Compile and update reports on recruitment activities and metrics
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
- Last year student in or fresh graduate from a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and candidates
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
