Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment process to achieve manpower fulfillment target
- Propose salary offering and conduct salary negotiation (up to grade 12) to close the targeted candidate
- Conduct reference background checks to ensure the candidate has no integrity issues
- Input new joiners data into HR Information System to ensure all new employee’s data are completed · Completeness of data
- Prepare weekly recruitment report to update current fulfillment status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology
- Work Experience · Min 2-3 years of working experience in related position
- Good communication in English written and verbal
- Excellent time-management and initiative.
- Proficient in Office365, especially TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
