Acts as the business partner, subject matter expert, and facilitator with regards to Talent Management, Learning and Development and Organizational Development by actively drive the planning and administration in these areas. To provide strategic and implementation support with focus on succession planning, people development, coaching, assessment, employee engagement and the use of the appropriate framework and practices to drive performance excellence.

Description
- Lead and manage the overall talent Management and development framework, initiatives and implementation
- Design and implement programs that promote employee career and professional development and increase overall effectiveness in individual roles and responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic, high impact talent management practices such as the annual talent review and succession planning process with senior leadership, the performance management process, and the annual peer feedback process
- Work collaboratively with business leaders and human resources counterpart if needed to identify training needs and develop strategic solutions for people development agendas
- Manage and lead the overall Learning and Development activities and programs for all employees across all levels, by by presenting, facilitating, and/or developing content or support materials for specified programs
- Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive DEI strategy by defining targets, developing a work plan, and crafting DEI-related organizational communication
- Design and facilitate workshops and/or key interventions for individual departments and employee groups as needed
- Utilise leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies by conducting a talent assessment to fill key skills and talent gap
- Establish ways to measure the total effectiveness of all Learning and development programs as the information would focus on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of a company's existing workforce
- Oversee global employee engagement initiatives including employee engagement survey, organization - wide engagement focus groups, and other relevant activities
Profile
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HR field, with at least 7 years specifically in end-do-end Talent and Organizational, such as Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Organization Development
- Experiences working in a fast-paced and dynamic culture including regional/global counterparts
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives
- Ability to operate independently and strategically by collaborating with strong stakeholders and influential skills
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking with ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to drive and and influence by being collaborative and engaging - able to raise awareness of talent strategy and gain buy-in from the business
