Tax & Accounting

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Taxation/Accounting

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Tax & Accounting Staff.

• Have an A&B Brevet Certificate (preferred)

• Have a good understanding in preparing tax, financial, journal reports

• Have a good attitude and work ethic

• Have good analytical and administrative skills.

• A hard worker, honest and thorough

• Have a polite communication style and attitude towards superiors and other employees.

• Have good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software

• Willing to work overtime / work on weekends

• Willing to have an office in Serpong - Tangerang Regency.

Job description :

• Responsible for processing and verifying tax-related transactions (PPh & VAT) as well as making tax reconciliations as needed.

• Able to calculate and report taxes (PPh 15,21,22,23,25, 4(2)) in accordance with applicable provisions

• Create output tax invoices to ensure that each sales transaction has been subject to VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations

• Ensure Input Tax Invoices are correct and can be credited.

• Using web e-invoicing and DJP Online, Proficient in using MS Excel, Monitoring tax payments and reporting carried out in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

• Handle and control all aspects of company finances effectively and efficiently, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivables, and petty cash.

• Review & prepare cash flow, debt and company financial performance reports

• Update and maintain accounting journals, general ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions.

• Create daily, monthly and annual financial reports
