Job Description
Provide technical support and advice to customers. Manage a team of technical support staff. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels. Identify training needs for technical support, sales, customers, plumbers, and MEP staff.
Develop and implement technical support policies and procedures. Keep abreast of technological developments.
Identify new markets, competitors, and consumer trends. Strategize product launches and distribution channels with the Sales Team.
Define regional pricing policies in collaboration with the Group Pricing Manager. Leverage regional organization to maximize product lines' sales, price, and market share. Oversee product certification, customer care center operations, service partner network setup, and handle product quality feedback and warranty claims.
