Detailed Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage and execute employee onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Support the corporate HR team in the performance management process, covering goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and cultivating a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization.
- Maintain and ensure the implementation of the annual learning calendar.
