Tenant Relation Supervisor

Tenant Relations at AMANTARA by Agung Sedayu Group involves managing the interactions and relationships between property management companies and their tenants. The primary goal is to ensure a positive living experience for tenants while also protecting the interests of the property owner.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Facilitate effective communication between parties to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Mediate disputes between tenants and property management/landlords.
• Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious living environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address and resolve property-related issues.
• Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and repairs.
• Provide information to tenants about property policies, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's degree in related field 
• Having min. 3 years experience in similar industry (Mall) 
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of handling complain, property management & facility maintainance
