Tender Document Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and inform all tender announcements via CIVD & SMART-GEP every day to related sales and GM sales.
• Carry out registration and update data via CIVD, EXTRANET & SMART-GEP .
• Prepare Supporting Documents for Tender purposes.
• New Partner Registration Process.
• Follow up on price offers at AE or Team Proposal.
• Create a Status Report of the Tender that is being followed.
• Ensure the completeness of the requirements or check list for the tender that is being followed is fulfilled completely.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have minimum bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 Years Work Experience in the same field.
• Knowing phase of tender/project process (both online ePROC & offline).
• Having experience & able to operate / manage electronic Procurement (ePROC) customers.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
• Administration management (detailing, filing, file tracking and creating paperwork/letters).
• Meticulous and detailed oriented.
• Teamwork and motivation.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Domiciled in West Jakarta & its surroundings.
• Have a good personality.
