About the RoleThird-Party Partnerships in Midtrans plays an important role in building, executing, and maintaining partnerships with the biggest web developers, aggregators, and ecosystem partners in the company’s portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of all partnerships' contractual assets that help drive the company's key business goals. If hired, you will directly report to the Third-Party Partnerships Senior Manager, who reports to the Head of Third-Party Partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing organization.
What You Will Do
- Build strong partnerships with Third-Party Partners (Web Developers/Ecosystem Partners/SaaS/Merchant Aggregators/Global Partners, also including POS/VM/KIOSK Partners) in the spirit of generating merchant leads to drive the company’s achievement,
- Execute the partnership process from building use cases, to preparing strategic and legal arrangement, planning go-to-market strategies, and conducting performance analysis periodically,
- Identify ways to increase Partners’ performance by running joint initiatives,
- Develop a strong understanding of the e-commerce market and be the first person that a Partner calls for inquiries,
- Manage cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure rapport and collaboration between Partners and Merchants,
- Identify new partnership opportunities and discuss closure strategies with team leaders,
- Plan and present reports on partnership progress, goals, and periodic initiatives to share with team leaders and peers on a regular basis.
What You Will Need
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business management, and sales. Prior experience in e-commerce will be a plus point,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area,
- Ability to formulate strategy to drive key performance matrix,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills,
- Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain effective relations with partners,
- Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English is required,
- Advanced reporting and computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Powerpoint skills.
