Global Payment Partnership Development Manager
1. Deal Structuring and Sales Development:
- Support the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities for their strategic and financial value and providing business rationale and analytics in support of the opportunities;
- Developing standardized and bespoke deal structures for partners across the region, working closely with AKULAKU BNPL Product, Ops, and IT team;
- Serve as the key point-of-contact between the local partners and headquarter office team.
2. Market and Partner Analysis:
- Research industry trends and emerging themes in technology and payments that will shape the future of AKULAKU BNPL’s business;
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and support the creation of fact-based insights about potential and existing partners, opportunities;
- Extract actionable business insights from internal and external data and build deliverables that clearly communicate the findings and recommendations.
- Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive increased preference to AKULAKU BNPL products/solutions.
- Monitoring partner performance and growth metrics, identifying insights and recommendations to improve partner standing or identify new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) from abroad universities is preferable;
- Must be proficient in English speaking; Able to speak Mandarin/Chinese will be a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience in global or local payments/fintech field;
- Strong ability to understand complex technical and systems and flow-on effects of changes to overall system optimization;
- Have a good knowledge of mobile and other leading payments innovation will be a plus;
- Knowledge of payment industry revenue drivers is a plus;
- Able to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships;
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills.
