- Communicate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
- Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements
- Verify Sales Orders to ensure it meets the business service level agreements in regards to accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Sales Order processing
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
- Analyze the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements to grow business
- Provide appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g., order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, etc.)
- Recommend solutions, process improvements and innovations that will help speed up internal processes
