Development Manager

Key Roles/Responsibilities

Responsible for developing the growth strategy, driving revenue growth, and optimizing the logistics and distribution operation together with other members from Corporate Planning and also different divisions.

The position will report to the Director of Corporate Planning. The details are as follows:

Strategy
•Development of growth strategy and implementation support
•Building business plan/projection based on the strategy
•Enhancement of business process and internal control including, credit management, accounting/HR/IT policy and etc.

Sales Growth
•Planning and prioritization of various initiative in sales growth, operational efficiency, and others in collaboration with Mitsui’s existing businesses
•Connecting Mitsui’s key partners and assets with PL
•Market study of new products such as protein (livestock and marine products), seasonings, edible oils and etc.
•Finding sales channel/consumer needs for product ideation

Operational Efficiency
•Detailed fact-finding and initial discussions to formulate a warehouse operation improvement plan and operational KPI.
•Relocation of Cikarang DC (discussions on location, layout, necessary facilities, etc.)

Candidate Profile

• Curiosity to learn and think broadly across all areas of business/operation
• Motivated in making a difference to the Company
• Possess forward-looking mentality, strong sense of  ownership, team mentality, and working discipline
• Over 5 years of professional experience 
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking is preferred. BS/BA degree from a university
• Familiar with MS tools especially xlsx and ppt
