- Oversee day to day transactions and ensures that the daily operations are operating efficiently while adhering to the standard guidelines and procedures, and provides resolutions on escalated issues
- Provide and ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Maintain regular touchpoints with internal and external customers to ensure constant alignment of expectations, as well as to work collaboratively on continuous improvement initiatives
- Secure all document monitoring has been properly updated
- Prepare reports required by customers/management in organized and timely manner
- Communicate policies, SLAs, and other important information with client's POD
- Monitor employee performance, reviews and coaches to ensure accuracy
- Prepare supplies and cash replenishment
